In case of non-receipt of money on the hotel bank account on the guest arrival day, the hotel reserves the right to ask for the payment in the hotel.
Bank Transfer Condition :
All costs associated to bank transfer payments must be born by the customer. The amount of the bank transfer must cover the full amount of the reservation. In case the payment received does not cover the full amount of the reservation, it will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy :
Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date and 14 days for Festive Season. In case of no show, the full amount of your deposit will be charged.
Check In Time after 2 p.m. Check Out Time before 12 p.m.
All rates are per room & per night and quoted in THB and inclusive of government tax and Service Charge.
All rates are included breakfast for 2 persons ( Brownie Bunny or Ivory Bunny), 3 persons (Snowie Bunny) and 4 persons ( Sweetie Bunny) and free wifi . Extra persons are charged at 700 Baht per person per night(breakfast included). Children under 10 sharing facilities with parents are free of charge, no breakfast. Maximum of 1 children per unit. Pet policy : No pets allowed In room cooking is prohibited. Smoking Policy : Smoking is not allowed in guest rooms and closed public area. Extra Bed : Only one extra bed can be added in each room. Cancellation or amendments request submitted before the cancellation due date, there is 10% administration & banking charge or PayPal fee.
Cancellations or amendments received less than 7 days (and 14 days for festive Season) prior to arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total accommodation cost.
No-Show or early departure: A fee of 100% of total accommodation cost will apply.
